Daily maintenance issues

1, check the air filter and coolant level ;

2, check all hoses and fittings for leaks case ;

3, check the record, if consumable parts replacement cycle has to be shut down to be replaced ;

4, check the record , when the host exhaust temperature at or near 98 ℃, oil cooler must be cleaned ;

5 , check the record , if found separator pressure reaches 0.6BAR above ( limit 1BAR) or differential pressure

Began a downward trend should stop changing separation core 6 , check the condensate drain , and if found small or no displacement of the condensate drain , rinse water separator must be shut down .

Monthly maintenance issues

1, check the oil cooler surface , if necessary, be cleaned ;

2 , after cleaning the cooler ;

3, the cleaning water separator ;

4 Check all wires and connections to be fastened ;

5 , check the AC contactor contacts ;

6 , clean the motor housing suction outlet surfaces and dust on the surface ;

7 , cleaning back to the oil filter.

Quarterly maintenance issues

1 , the main motor lubrication ;

2 , cleaning the main motor and fan motor ;

3 , the replacement of the coolant ;

4 , replace oil filter ;

5 , clean oil cooler.
