为了奖励年度工作表现突出的员工，公司于今年7月中旬至下旬组织了在内蒙古和泰国乘车观光旅游的第四次五日游，在欣赏大自然美景的同时陶冶情操，放松心情，缓解工作压力。

7月14日，参加内蒙古第四次优秀员工巡演的5号线从深圳宝安机场出发，于当天上午10:30抵达北京首都机场，自驾车前往目的地-西乌珠穆沁旗出发。此行的目的之一是观看蒙古族一年一度的盛大节日“那达慕”，在蒙古人把那达慕定为国庆节时，古代和现代的男子那达慕活动应该进行“三项”游戏——摔跤、赛马和射箭。蒙古那达慕也享受着欢乐的时刻，这个季节是蒙古草原风景最美、牛羊最肥、马奶酒味最浓的季节，是当地居民选择离开的最佳季节，也是外国游客最集中的季节。

员工们体验最淳朴的民俗风情，田园之家在正宗的蒙古茶中畅饮，品尝美味的烤全羊，骑在草原上，拍照留念。离开后，每个人都在这个广袤而充满自由向往的地方依依不舍，期待着它再次团聚。正如这首歌：等到草原最好的季节，草原在陪你看。
