Micro-oil screw compressor Common Troubleshooting Guide
1 , failure phenomenon: the unit high exhaust temperature (over 100 ° C)
· Unit coolant level is too low ( should be from the oil sight glass that can be seen , but not more than half ) ;
· Oil cooler dirty ;
· Oil filter core blockage ;
· Thermostatic valve failure ( bad elements ) ;
· Off the oil solenoid valve without electricity or coil damage ;
· Off the oil solenoid valve diaphragm rupture or aging ;
· Fan motor failure ;
· Cooling fan is damaged ;
· Exhaust pipe is not blocked or exhaust resistance ( back pressure ) large ;
· Ambient temperature exceeds the specified range (38 ° C or 46 ° C);
· Temperature sensor fault (Intellisys control unit ) ;
· Pressure gauge is faulty ( relay control unit ) .

2 , fault phenomenon: large or compressed air oil fuel unit volume
